Not really feeling happy so far. Maybe meticulously fixating on what I eat will help me to feel better. That or exercise. Or eating more chocolate. I didn’t take pics but this was my day:
Berries and pineapple
Cucumber and dip
Two handfuls rice crackers
Soup with lentils, big salad, 1.5 glasses red wine
Pretty good all in all as I went to a waffle party and also wanted to eat my weight in chocolate. Mmm… Chocolate.
Here’s to being more aware.

No other reasonable breakfast option, but at least omitted cheese.
Still a pretty good day.
Another good day, though too much fruit.
No chicken in soup. Just yam noodles.
Two days of debauchery. Aptos for a wedding.
Sooo glad I allowed Monday to bring me some sanity. 🙂
