Whole 30, day 16

1 cup decaf.
3 servings fruit

So happy to have salt back. Coffee wasn’t as amazing tasting as I’d hoped, but sure loooooved the extra pep that came even with decaf.

Felt extra weak today whilst working out weird. Muscles felt tired. Dunno if it was just a few days off weights or what. Yuck.
