* rice — way too flippin’ much! At every meal. No coffee though! Too much fruit sugar.

Yam noodles at lunch.

Oh, and there was ground turkey in my rice pasta at dinner.

I took 2 of D’s probiotics today. Will see if they impact my breath.

And I finally exercised again today at almost 9pm. Yippee. And it was even good!
