Ugh! I’m still having a dairy response in my throat. It’s driving me crazy! I don’t know what else to cut out. Wondering if my coconut milk is contaminated? I should cut way down on the coffee. My eyes are dry and flaky, and I’m pretty sure that’s why. I’m putting myself on a water challenge. I need to be drinking that stuff all the darn time!
