OK, there is a little less than a month between these two pictures, but I think I do see some improvement — hips a little smaller, face a little thinner, slightly more ab definition. So, the IF thing is working some. I was also really good about working out (she typed after two days in a row of crappy to nonexistent workouts). Le sigh. My jeans feel looser, and when I ate sugar on Sunday, I was hit with horrid Monday soreness and sneezing — sugar hangover. Gross! Right, oh! Here’s to even more progress this month. I still haven’t managed to dip below 135, but I keeping the dream alive!
