8:00am

eggs with 1/4 avocado, 1 slice rice toast with coconut butter, stevia and cinnamon, 1/2 decaf coffee with coconut milk, strawberries and blueberries

12:00pm
1 chicken sausage, 1 cucumber, handful dried apples
1:30pm
strawberries and blueberries
3:30pm
2 handfuls cashews, 2 handfuls dried apples
6:30pm
Out for Thai Food
chicken with eggplant, brown rice, rice noodles with broccoli and chicken
Workout: Classic Firm Vol 3 Love it!!!
