gluten free waffle with coconut milk and coconut butter, berries, 1/2 decaf coffee with coconut milk 2x, 2 eggs scrambled

 

1:00pm

coconut yogurt, 1/4 peach

 

3:00pm

1/2 cup sauerkraut, cranberry juice

 

7:30pm

2 cocktails, chicken, kale, olives, 1/2 ceasar salad (dairy?)
