1.5 gluten free waffles, strawberries, coconut milk, stevia, 1/2 decaf coffee with coconut milk, 2 eggs



a few slices of peach



1 pork sausage, celery sticks, 1/2 apple



Ethiopian food: yummy bread that I am sure had gluten, legumes, chicken, beef, salad


vodka with orange juice

There was some dairy in the Ethiopian food, but I tried to avoid it.  I think I did a fair job.  Feeling ok after gluten and beans.  Will see how I feel tomorrow….
