9:30am

2 eggs sunny side up, 1 gluten free waffle with coconut milk, coconut butter, 4 strawberries.

10:30am

coffee with coconut milk

12:20pm

avocado and salmon sushi roll with coconut aminos, wasabi and ginger (a little treat-y, but sooooo yummy)

3:30pm

1 apricot

6:00pm

rice noodles and veggies, chicken sausage, big salad with 1/2 small avocado, 1/2 sweet peach, 1 coconut milk and berry popsicle

 

Workout: 1/2 walk with Tony this morning, 2 mile (one mile each way) walk with stroller to and from library.  I am glad I made it to the library — this morning didn’t feel very rigorous.  Pushing the stroller with a flat tire up hills felt great — maybe I will continue to avoid fixing it to increase my calorie burn.  I am not joking.
