OK, I know, crazy drinking day! I had a party to celebrate one year in my house. I do feel proud that I avoided sugar. I had made gluten free, dairy free brownies and red velvet cupcakes. I managed to avoid them completely, despite my drunken stupor. That’s new and delightful for me.
Workout: WHFN: Push Pull with really heavy weights. Ouch!
