Diary: July 30, 2011

 

8:00am
1 waffle with coconut milk and coconut butter, berries, 1.5 eggs scrambled, 1/2 decaf coffee with coconut milk 2X
12:15pm
3 lettuce wraps with mustard and deli turkey, 1/3 cup sauerkraut, coconut water, 1/8 peach, 1/4 pear
coffee again throughout the afternoon.  I also stuck my finger in some ginger simple syrup a few times to taste it, and ate a few artichoke leaves to test them for doneness.
6:15pm
chicken sausage with kale and zucchini and marinara sauce, big salad with 1/2 a can of olives (so much fat!), artichoke hearts, 1/2 small avocado, 1/2 peach
8:30pm
coconut, chocolate stevia sweetened “ice cream” with raspberries

After being really good all month long, I think I am going to have pizza tomorrow.  Eeek!  I am excited anxious.  Oh, also, my joints felt achy today.  I am wondering if it is from the stinkin’ quinoa yesterday.  Who would have thought?!  It seems soooo healthy!
