8:00am

2 slices rice toast with coconut butter, 3 whites, 1 yolk scrabbled, 1/4 avocado, salsa verde, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 decaf coffee with coconut milk

 

1:00pm

6 salmon avocado rolls with coconut aminos (instead of soy sauce), wasabi and pickled ginger (yes, I am sure there was a little sugar in it). Handful baby carrots, chicken sausage

 

1:30pm

1/2 decaf coffee with coconut milk

 

3:00pm

Way too many dried apricots with the child

 

5:45pm

rice noodles with spinach walnut pesto, broccoli and tomato, salad with 1/4 avocado and no lettuce, 1/2 cup strawberries with coconut milk (faux strawberries and cream)

 

Workout: Firm (VHS) Super Sculpting (50 min of weights in a cardio zone)
