2 eggs, fried, 2 slices rice toast with margarine, handful dehydrated mango, 1/2 a pear, iced tea NO COFFEE AGAIN!

 

1:30pm

2 handfuls almonds, handful dehydrated mango

 

3:45pm

can of tuna with mayo, celery and lemon, 1/2 pear

 

5:45pm

2 eggs, scrambled, 2 slices rice toast with pure fruit jam and margarine, iced tea, a few slices pineapple

 

8:45pm

smoothie popsicle

 

Workout: tracie long: Staying Power

My left shoulder is still a bit funky.  Feel like I have a stiff neck.  Ugh.
