very small pink drink (I think the hemp powder made me sneeze)
4 pieces dehydrated mango, handful almonds
salad w/ 2 chicken breast tenderloins, banana w/ one slice rice toast and almond butter, 1/2 decaf coffee with coconut milk
homemade popsicle: coconut milk, banana, apricot, strawberries = YUM!
big salad with 2 chicken breast tenderloins, coconut water
No workout today. Getting ready for our trip to LA early (way too early) tomorrow morning. I hope I find time to run/walk/sweat whilst there.
