9:30am

2 slices rice toast with butter, coffee w/ coconut milk

 

12:00pm

ground turkey w/ cilantro, big salad, 1/4 cup melon, coffee w/ coconut milk

 

5:15pm

chicken sausage with mustard, salad, a lot of cherries!

 

8:00pm

Fruit bar (basically mashed  up dried fruit)

 

9:30pm

apple with almond butter, tea with coconut milk
