handful almonds, banana, 2 slices rice toast with butter, 1 sip coffee w/ almond milk, black tea



chicken sausage, peach, cucumber, 1/2 decaf iced coffee with coconut milk, handful almonds



2 apricots



coconut water



1/2 bunch kale sauteed with garlic, coconut oil, 1 chicken sausage, salad w/ 1/2 small avocado


Workout: Firm Express Cardio (first in days — felt great)
