8:20am
1/2 caffeine coffee w/ coconut milk, 2 eggs sunny side up. 1 slice rice toast w/ butter, strawberries

11:00am
12 dried apricots

12:00pm
Chicken broth, Ginger, coconut enzymes, kelp noodles, package trader joe’s seaweed, mango, blueberries, 1/2 decaf coffee w/ coconut milk

3:00pm
A fe sips almond milk half caf coffee, bite of celery

5:30pm
Yummy vegetable chicken soup, salad w/ 1/2 avocado

6:00pm
Way too many dried Apricots. Finished the bag. OD-ed. Yuck

No exercise again. Sick, and without back up. Startingto feel gross.

Goals forthcoming. I feel anxious that I haven’t made a road map for the month yet. I guess the good News is that my only “celebration” of the whole 30 being over was a slice of rice toast with butter, and my friends who were gonna come eat junk with me tomorrow canceled. And I ate the whole bag of dried apricots, so I can’t mess myself up with that again. Worse than crack — at least more calorie-laden. That’s a lot of good news — more than I expected. Yay for that!
