hardboiled egg, 2 strawberries, 2 handfuls almonds
zucchini, summer squash, ground turkey, marinara sauce, spinach, salad w/ 1/2 avocado, 2 strawberries

Ugh! Still craving the sugar — these strawberries were amazingly sweet, so yay for that! I wish I had had time for more exercise today. It felt wonderfully good to squeeze in at least a little — I think my body was really craving it. I woke up sore and stiff this morning due in part to yesterday’s lack of movement.
I proved my commitment to my diet today when my toddler, at a food fair, made her very own pasta from scratch and a real Italian chef soaked it butter and “dried it in parmesan cheese.” I didn’t eat a bite.
