(Day 15 of 30)

8:30am
3 whites, 1 egg, 1/2 tomato, spinach, basil,coffee w/ coconut milk

12:00pm
Coffee w/ coconut milk, chicken sausage w/mustard, sauerkraut, 1/2 pear

3:00pm-5:00pm
Baby carrots, guacamole

6:30pm
2 chicken breast tenderloins, spinach, 4 dried apricots

10:00pm (at the movies)

tea, 1/2 bag dehydrated mango, handful almonds

Workout: none again today.  Looking forward to getting back on track next week.

Happy to be halfway through my thirty day challenge.  Wow.  That happened fast.
