1 chicken sausage, 1/3 pear, 1 handfuls almonds
1/2 caff iced coffee w/ almond milk
Ground turkey lettuce wraps, cucumber salad, handful grapes
strawberries and blueberries w/ coconut milk

Can’t believe I am already ten days into the thirty day challenge and actually “paleo” instead of “almost-paleo-and-still-putting-milk-in-my-coffee-and-lots-of-agave-and-stevia-on-everything.” Other than my allergies still being triggered, I am feeling pretty good. I am still hopeful that the flaky eyelid and itchy elbow are the result of me detoxing from all the faux sugar rather than an allergic reaction to almonds or — be still my heart — coconut.
I am wiped-out tired from exercise videos. My body is sore, and the last few days I can tell that I am not at the top of my game. I am looking forward to doing some walking/running over the next few days while my parents are in town.
