Handful dried apple

12:00pm
3 chicken breast tenderloins, handful baby carrots, 7 pieces dried mango

1:30pm
Iced coffee w/ coconut milk

3:30-4:30pm
2 handfuls raw almonds, handful grapes

5:45pm
3 whites, 1 egg, 1/4 avocado, spinach, garlic, 1 chicken sausage

8:00pm
Apple w/ almond butter, decaf green tea

Workout: TLP: Core Foundations (minus the final stretch and cool-down — time constraint)
