pink drink, coffee w/ almond milk


green earl grey tea


2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 tomato, green onion, fresh basil, small cucumber lettuce salad with oil, vinegar, and lemon, pear, more coffee w/ almond milk


Iced coffee with almond milk


1/2 chicken sausage


kelp noodles in chicken broth with coconut aminos, green onion, fresh ginger, 1/2 cup sweet potato fries, coconut water

Workout: Firm: Tortoise (minus the stretch — low on time)

Extra tired today.  Hoping to get to bed early.
