(Day 1 of 30)


2 eggs with 1/2 tomato, garlic, fresh basil, pink drink, coffee w/ coconut milk


apple w/ almond butter


2/3 chicken sausage


Turkey burger w/ mustard, spinach w/ garlic, mixed greens w/ oil and vinegar, homemade sweet potato fries

Workout: Firm VHS: Hare

Feeling pretty good on this first day of the 30 day challenge.  Having so many restrictions automatically cuts calories.  Yippee for that!
