2 eggs, 2 gluten free waffles w/ agave syrup; 1/4 cup raspberries,
coffee w/ milk and agave

10:00am

Small cup of coffee w/ cream and stevia

1:00pm
1/2 bag baby carrots, 3 small corn bean tacos, 1 sheet seaweed, handful
dehydrated mango, iced coffee w/ stevia and cream

(stomach ache)

3:00pm
1 rice cake

6:15pm
1/2 chicken sausage w/ mustard, almond cheese quesedilla on corn
tortilla, salad w/ 1/1 avocado, 1/4 banana

8:30pm

Why am I hungry at night — this is not the best habit I am developing…

1 small slice rice toast with butter and stevia and cinnamon, 4 strawberries, 4 squares fake chocolate
