rice toast with honey and almond butter

9:30am

coffee with cream and stevia

1:30pm

Quinoa salad, 1.5 soy sausages, lots of baby carrots

3:30pm

3/4 pear, handful grapes, 1/2 decaf coffee w/ milk and agave

5:45pm

fake pancakes w/ agave syrup, 1 egg, corn tortilla w/ melted almond cheese, most of a package of TJ’s seaweed — Major Munchies!  The child learned the word, “Munchies,” as a result.  Great.  Now she can say, “munchies” and “zit.”  She’s practically a pot addict!

8:00pm

Munchies still! gluten free cereal with coconut milk and decaf tea

workout: Firm: Express Cardio (only half an hour, but it felt really important to sleep in this morning after two late nights over the weekend.)
