Again with the not tracking throughout the day and trying to recall what I ate the next day. I fell asleep putting the child to bed last night and woke at 2am, not at all in the mood to park myself in front of the computer and try to recall what I’d put in my mouth all day.
Here’s what I remember:
1/2 pound ground beef sauteed with onion, “pink drink”= coconut water, berries, mango, green powder, vanilla, latte w/ agave, 1/2 pear
3 corn chips with guacamole
(Ugh, I may be forgetting something here.)
20+/- tortilla chips and guacamole, a few dips of salsa, diet sprite
chicken, refried beans, rice, corn tortilla
